We are looking for an Area Manager to lead and develop the Medical Sales team (MCS), ensuring excellent execution of business strategies and positioning GSK as a trusted partner in the healthcare community.
Your role:
- Lead & Inspire – Coach and develop the team to achieve territory goals through strategic planning, scientific knowledge, and strong consultation skills.
- Drive Performance – Analyze market trends, develop data-driven territory strategies, and ensure effective execution.
- Empower & Develop the Team – Enhance scientific knowledge, sales capabilities, and omnichannel engagement skills.
- Build Relationships – Develop partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and gather feedback to improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Scientific Knowledge & Professional Consultation
- Coach the team to leverage GSK’s omnichannel strategy to effectively support HCPs.
- Keep the team updated with the latest clinical studies to enhance credibility and impact HCP prescribing behavior.
Drive Performance & Execution- Analyze market data to develop effective territory strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust performance based on KPIs.
- Actively participate in recruitment and talent development to build a strong team.
Coaching & Capability Development- Apply GSK’s coaching model to enhance HCP engagement skills.
- Guide the team in leveraging digital platforms for sales engagement.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance HCP experience.
