As a Lidl Area Manager, you’ll be one of our future leaders, helping us move into our next stage of growth. You’ll learn our business from the inside out, progressing from stacking shelves as a Customer Assistant to leading from the shop floor as a Store Manager. You will coordinate up to five stores, supporting your Store Managers to lead their teams, hit KPIs, and deliver their best work.

What you'll do

• Visit your stores regularly to ensure smooth operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and compliance
• Mentor and support your Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
• Improve store performance and empower teams to achieve KPIs
• Create an environment where your teams can excel, aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles

What you'll need

• Extensive experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites
• Ability to interpret complex reports and oversee new initiatives
• Drive to learn and adapt to changing business needs
• Effective communication skills for supporting teams with launches and new processes
• Full UK Driving License
