What you'll do

• Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance
• Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing teams
• Help teams achieve their KPIs and uphold high standards
• Create an environment where teams can perform their best according to our Leadership & Company Principles

What you'll need

• Extensive experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites
• Ability to analyze reports, implement next steps, and oversee new initiatives
• Drive to learn and adapt to business changes
• Effective communication skills for supporting teams with launches and processes
• A full UK Driving License
