Job Description

As a Lidl Area Manager, you will be a future leader, helping the company grow. Your journey begins by understanding Lidl's business from the ground up, progressing from a Customer Assistant to leading multiple stores. You will coordinate up to five stores, support Store Managers, and ensure KPI achievement and high standards.

Your responsibilities include visiting stores regularly to ensure operational efficiency, mentoring Store Managers, supporting team development, and fostering a positive work environment.
