We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to drive the growth of our brands across Western and Central Europe through a network of distributors and key regional accounts.
This position is ideal for someone with international export or distributor management experience in beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG — someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced global environment.
This position is based in our London, UK office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop independent distributors and international clients across multiple European markets
- Build annual business plans and drive sell-in and sell-out performance
- Identify new distribution opportunities and expand brand presence regionally
- Visit markets regularly to assess brand execution, promotions, stock, and competition
- Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor sales forecasts, purchase orders, and pricing; track performance vs. targets
- Forecasts computing and analysis for challenging clients and estimating budget
- Prepare regional performance reports, forecasts, launch analysis, and sell-in/sell-out by brand/market.
- Partner with local teams to implement marketing activations and training programs
- Collaborate with markets and marketing teams on launches, promotions, media and PR plans
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of export or international distributor management experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods sectors
- Proven success managing multiple markets across Europe
Required Skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into growth actions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Dynamics 365 a plus
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or another European language is a plus
- Able to travel internationally up to 30%
- Based in London (on-site Monday–Thursday; remote Friday)
