Job description

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Duties

  • Responsible for customer services including complaint resolution.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues on employee-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Attend all contract meetings and report back to the Head of Region.
  • Monitor parts usage and credit returns to the procurement department.
  • Ensure compliance is met on all contracts.
  • Manage all financial invoicing on time and oversee chargeable works.
  • Adhere to letter procedures and take full responsibility for no access procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain 100% compliance on servicing programmes.
  • Manage key functions and roles within the Region.
  • Act as the main contact with clients regarding contract management.
  • Handle all forms of customer and client feedback and take appropriate action; lead in championing customer service.
  • Maintain the fleet to a high standard, working with the fleet department and reporting issues as they arise.
  • Assist in preparing bids and contracts for new work.
  • Be heavily involved in recruiting and monitoring probationary periods.
  • Perform all associated administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous Area Manager experience, preferably from a social housing or construction background.
  • A high level of courteous, professional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible attitude and strong organisational skills.
