We’re working with a small but fast-growing pub group that’s shaking things up across the South of England. They’re looking for a hands-on Area Manager to help roll out new standards, support new openings, drive business growth, and build an excellent people culture. You won’t need to get involved with the kitchen side – that’s handled separately. They want someone who can lead teams, drive standards, and bring structure as they expand (24 sites and growing, 4 to open in the next year).

About the Company

This independent pub group has four sites up and running, with two more on the way. They’re growing quickly and have a solid reputation, but they need an Area Manager to help elevate their standards.
You’ll work closely with the owner to implement the company vision, support General Managers, and ensure excellent customer experiences daily.
Flexibility to travel across the South when needed is essential.

Who we’re looking for...

• A positive, outgoing, and energetic people person
• Hospitality background essential – pubs, bars, or lively casual dining experience required
• 3+ years’ experience in a senior operations or multi-site management role
• Strong understanding of P&L and cost control
• Experience setting up back-office systems and implementing new ways of working
• Experience with new openings, relaunches, or rebrands is a plus
• Focus on hiring, training, and developing great teams
