Location: Must live in Central London areas

Overview: We're partnering with a dynamic, rapidly expanding pub group across the South of England. They are seeking a hands-on Area Manager to implement new standards, support upcoming openings, drive business growth, and foster an exceptional people culture. This role excludes kitchen management, focusing instead on team leadership, standardization, and structural growth as they expand to 24 sites and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with the owner to realize the company's vision, support General Managers, and ensure excellent customer experiences across all sites. Flexibility to travel across the South is required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Energetic, positive, and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
  • Hospitality experience essential: pubs, bars, or lively casual dining
  • Minimum of 3 years in senior operations or multi-site management
  • Solid understanding of P&L and cost control
  • Experience setting up back-office systems and implementing new working methods
  • Experience with openings, relaunches, or rebrands is advantageous
  • Focus on recruitment, training, and team development
