Pinnacle Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping an efficient and positive workplace culture to deliver exceptional housing management services to service families across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the East Midlands.This exciting opportunity is based on the landmark National Accommodation Management Services contract for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), which has been providing housing management to approximately 49,000 service family homes since March 2022.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Area Manager will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing a team of mobile Housing Officers strategically dispersed across the designated geographical area. This team will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, family-centred services throughout the occupancy cycle and while families are residing in their homes. The focus is on enhancing the lived experience behind every move in, move out, repairs and maintenance process, ensuring they receive top-quality housing management services. Key to success in this role is the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with local industry partners, DIO our client, key stakeholders such as family's federations, military liaison officers and senior service personnel.
Frequent travel across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the East Midlands will be necessary, the day-to-day location will need to be flexible to meet evolving business needs. This is a hands-on role, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the field, working directly with teams, customers and clients. Occasional national travel will be required. The role is subject to enhanced security clearance. We welcome candidates from a broad range of different backgrounds and experiences - not just candidates with housing experience.
