Area Manager – Swindon & Didcot

What you’ll do

Being an Area Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

  1. Conducting Quarterly Business reviews to support the teams to never settle for average and drive consistency
  2. Looking after up to 25 stores with enthusiasm and dedication, genuinely making a difference on each store visit
  3. Agreeing action plans for building a business set for growth
  4. Planning and facilitating Area Meetings bringing innovative ideas to the table and encouraging an open, honest, and collaborative business planning
  5. Sharing company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring environment
  6. Taking a bold and courageous approach to tackling performance
  7. Creating the environment for everyone to succeed supported by a strong succession plan for your area
  8. Driving the business forward with successful New Store Openings.
