Job Title: Lidl Area Manager

Salary: £62,000 - £90,000 per annum plus a company car | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount

Role Overview: As a Lidl Area Manager, you will be a future leader, helping us grow. Your journey begins with learning our business from the inside out, from stacking shelves as a Customer Assistant to leading from the shop floor as a Store Manager. You will coordinate up to five stores, supporting Store Managers to lead their teams, meet KPIs, and deliver excellent results.

What You'll Do:

• Visit your stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational compliance
• Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams, and improving store performance
• Empower your teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards
• Create an environment where teams can perform their best, aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles

What You'll Need:

• Extensive experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve results
• Ability to interpret complex reports and oversee the implementation of initiatives
• Drive to learn and stay updated with business changes
• Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes
• A full UK Driving License
