Full-time, Permanent

This is a field-based role with travel around Peterborough and nearby areas, so you’ll need to be based locally or within a reasonable commute.

1. Leading with Impact: Empower and support Practice Managers to achieve operational and clinical excellence while building strong relationships with clinical teams to maximize performance and growth.
2. Delivering Patient-Centric Care: Ensure our patients receive outstanding care and experience, always putting their needs at the heart of everything we do.
3. Developing a High-Performance Culture: Lead by example, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your teams to reach their potential. Champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and high engagement.
4. Driving Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, optimize practice capacity, and deliver strategic growth targets. Your ability to think commercially and make data-led decisions will set you apart.
5. Enhancing Compliance & Governance: Ensure practices comply with all regulations and safety standards while supporting Practice Managers in maintaining high-quality patient care.
