Job description

The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK, with over 3,200 employees working from over 20 offices.

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

The role will be covering our Milton Keynes patch and will require a presence both in Milton Keynes and at our Dartford Head Office.

Role
  1. Responsible for customer services including complaint resolution.
  2. Work closely with HR colleagues on employee-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle.
  3. Attend all contract meetings and report back to the Head of Region.
  4. Monitor parts usage and credit returns to the procurement department.
  5. Ensure compliance is met on all contracts.
  6. Responsible for all financial invoicing on time and chargeable works management.
  7. Ensure letter procedure is adhered to and take full responsibility for no access procedure.
  8. Achieve and maintain 100% compliance on servicing programmes.
  9. Manage key functions and roles within the Region.
  10. Be the main link with our clients in terms of contract management.
  11. Handle all forms of feedback from customers and clients and take appropriate action; lead on championing customer service.
  12. Ensure the region's fleet is kept to a high standard, working with the fleet department and reporting issues as they happen.
  13. Assist in preparing bids and contracts for new work.
  14. Be heavily involved in recruiting and monitoring probationary periods.
  15. Perform all associated ad-hoc administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have
  • Previous Area Manager experience, preferably from a social housing or construction background.
  • A high level of courteous, professional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible attitude with strong organisational skills.
