The Opportunity

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for anArea Manager High Careto join our operations team and take ownership of performance on shift, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are always top priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively lead and manage a High Care shift, achieving KPIs across production efficiency, cost control, people, and customer service.
  • Inspire, train, and develop Team Leaders and their teams to ensure maximum performance and engagement.
  • Manage both permanent and temporary labour to meet daily production demands.
  • Ensure product quality, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Lead and support key business and continuous improvement projects.
  • Own all people management activities including absence, performance, and conduct.
