The Opportunity

In this role you will play a vital role in leading and optimising our prep operations, driving excellence across people, processes, and product quality.As Area Manager for Prep, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Prep department to achieve key business objectives. Youll lead a team of Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring targets are met in line with production KPIs, customer service standards, cost control, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering KPIs across efficiency, cost, customer satisfaction, people management, and health & safety.
  • Training, developing, and inspiring Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Managing labour resources across shifts (permanent and temporary).
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to meet production and planning goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, H&S, and quality systems.
