London SE1 9RS with regular travel across Surrey, West Sussex & South London

  • £50,000 + performance bonus
  • 40 hrs p/w (Mon-Fri)
  • Permanent position

About The Area Manager Role:

  • Set the tone for six high-performing services, championing a “people-first” culture of safety, quality, and innovation
  • Lead weekly site walk-arounds, turning insight into action on staffing, finance, and continuous improvement
  • Coach and energise Registered & Deputy Managers, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on
  • Drive commercial success (revenue & EBITDA) while never losing sight of exceptional care
  • Partner with Quality, HR, Finance & Business Development to keep services ahead of the curve
  • Report straight into Regional SLT, influencing strategy and future growth

You'll thrive here if you…

  • Hold a social-care qualification at Level 5 (or higher) or a relevant degree
  • Have area or multi-site management experience in supported living, residential, home-care, or a related field
