Qualifications

  • Expérience en gestion multisite dans le secteur des soins ou domaine connexe.
  • Doit posséder une qualification sociale au minimum de niveau 5.
  • Capacité à transformer les données en décisions.

Responsibilities

  • Définir la culture de six services performants tout en mettant l'accent sur la qualité et la sécurité.
  • Coacher les gestionnaires et dynamiser les équipes.
  • Travailler avec les départements qualité, RH et finance pour l'amélioration continue.

Area Manager

£50,000 + performance bonus

40 hrs p/w (Mon-Fri)

London SE1 9RS with regular travel across Surrey, West Sussex & South London

About The Area Manager Role:

  • Set the tone for six high-performing services, championing a “people-first” culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
  • Lead weekly site walk-arounds, turning insight into action on staffing, finance,e and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and energise Registered & Deputy Managers, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on.
  • Drive commercial success (revenue & EBITDA) while never losing sight of exceptional care.
  • Partner with Quality, HR, Finance & Business Development to keep services ahead of the curve.
  • Report straight into Regional SLT, influencing strategy and future growth.

  • Hold a social-care qualification at Level 5 (or higher) or a relevant degree.
  • Have area or multi-site management experience in supported living, residential, home-care, or a related field.
  • Balance big-picture strategy with razor-sharp attention to detail.
