An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Area Manager to join Connells covering 9 branches in the Devon region. This role offers a competitive basic salary & OTE alongside a company car or car allowance and generous staff benefits.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will lead and oversee residential sales branches, inspiring and managing the teams within your region. Your focus will be on driving performance, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. This is a chance to be part of our Senior Management Team within Connells branch network—joining us at an exciting time of growth and opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Leading, coaching, and developing your teams to ensure high performance across all branches.
  2. Maximising employee engagement through proactive recruitment, action planning, and retention strategies.
  3. Driving financial performance, monitoring key business indicators, and ensuring income targets are met.
  4. Taking decisive action to improve underperforming branches.
  5. Expanding market share through strategic business growth initiatives.
