  • 5+ years UK experience within a public, private, or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority, or Client organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated, highly organized, and diligent
  • A full UK driving license
  • Demonstrable experience managing people, either directly or as part of a project team
  • A track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to develop and build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (internal design teams, consenting bodies, statutory authorities, key consultees, and government departments)
  • High level of commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development
  • Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
  • Management and control of a project’s budget/finance
  • Project management and/or leadership experience
