• The Area Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a number of key sites.
• Full accountability for operational performance, team development, and commercial delivery across complex, multi-shift environments.
• Embed a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards, and lead continuous improvement to optimise asset performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and long-term operational development.

Qualifications
