As Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance across your South London region, ensuring Branch Managers and their teams are motivated, engaged, and delivering exceptional results.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to maximise productivity and achieve targets
• Drive employee engagement through proactive recruitment, retention, and development strategies
• Manage and report on the region's P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and deliver outstanding branch performance
• Take proactive action to address underperformance and embed long-term success

We're looking for a proven leader who brings energy, commercial acumen, and a strong track record in estate agency or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused sector. You will have:

• Experience leading high-performing teams within estate agency (Area Manager or similar senior role)
• Strong commercial insight with extensive P&L accountability
