Job Title: Area Manager - Contract Catering

Stafforce Cumbria, working on behalf of a long-standing partner in contract catering services, is seeking an experienced Area Manager for the Northwest of England.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all daily operations within your area of responsibility.
2. Maintain and manage income lines.
3. Prepare monthly financial reports.
4. Support client meetings and build positive relationships.
5. Participate in menu planning and development.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
7. Act as disciplinary and hearing manager as required.

You should have prior experience managing large contracts within the catering industry, with knowledge of multi-site operations. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet business demands, and involves travel and direct client engagement. You will demonstrate impeccable leadership qualities and be proactive in managing contracts effectively.
