What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across your region
• Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
• Lead inductions, deliver training, and provide ongoing staff support
• Build strong client relationships and resolve any service issues promptly
• Work closely with the Operations Director to support business growth

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year's experience in cleaning, facilities management, or soft FM
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
