Are you a proactive, hands-on leader with a passion for people, production, and quality? We are looking for an Area Leader to take charge of daily operations in our busy beetroot factory. What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire a team of operators, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in everything you do.
  • Oversee production targets, manage workflow, and coordinate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Uphold the highest health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the Production Manager in achieving overall operational goals.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in food packing.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality control, and production processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable - ready to tackle challenges and drive results.
  • A team player who can motivate and develop others, fostering a positive working environment.
