Cranswick Country Foods Prepared Poultry is a specialty producer of cooked poultry ingredients and a leader in industry innovation. We create exciting, original products for busy consumers. We have opened a new, purpose-built breaded chicken factory and are seeking a Shift Area Leader.

The Shift Area Leader will coordinate daily retail and bulk operations, including high and low risk. Responsibilities include managing retail packing across 5 lines for multiple retailers, ensuring on-time delivery, and striving to improve quality, throughput, and performance.

Main duties include:

• Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures
• Training and developing team members
• Collaborating with other departments for smooth production and delivery
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Minimizing waste and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Performing other duties as requested by Directors
