Job Description
What You'll Do
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining statutory compliance across RFCA assets, effectively managing operational risks, and developing a capable team to deliver capital projects successfully. A key focus will be implementing and maintaining a robust Health & Safety strategy with a commitment to achieving Zero Harm.
You will oversee contract performance and compliance, ensuring timely reporting, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
Financial responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking performance against contract metrics, and delivering operational solutions that drive both customer value and business growth.
You’ll act as a key liaison for stakeholders—developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with RFCA, DIO, and external partners—while managing commercial agreements with suppliers. Promoting a culture of strong leadership, you’ll ensure best practices, policies, and procedures are consistently followed, while fostering an inclusive and positive working environment.
