Equans is looking for an Area Facilities Manager to join our team at HMCTS Reading Crown Court, Old Shire Hall, The Forbury, Reading RG1 3EH. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary offered is between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, along with a benefits package dependent on experience.

What will you deliver?

Manage the efficient delivery of both Hard and Soft Services to meet contractual and company requirements. Engage proactively with the client to serve as the main contact for all service delivery, ensuring internal and client KPIs are met while operating within the contract framework.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Experience in FM business and managing large teams
• Strong customer focus and high service standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in FM project management and managing contractors
• Qualifications: IOSH, Legionella control, BICSc, F-Gas, Gas Safe, 18th Edition
• Full driving license required
