The role of Area Manager - Subsidence Solutions involves:

• Selling ground support subsidence solutions for applications such as structural support, water sealing, ground reinforcement, sinkholes, mainly for residential projects
• Working within the commercial & infrastructure division
• Dealing with highways contractors, rail industry, marine, utilities companies, geotechnical consultants, and environmental agencies
• Generating new business relationships primarily through inbound queries
• Conducting technical seminars and presentations on company products
• Spending approximately 4 days on the road and 1 day on administrative tasks at the home office

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in infrastructure or commercial sectors such as rail, utilities, highways, education, warehousing, etc.
• Background as a civil engineer, structural engineer, or similar, seeking a move into field sales
• Relevant qualifications or experience in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc, MSc, OND, HND)
• Knowledge of ground grouting, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and subsidence
• Preferably, knowledge of subsidence solutions
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude
