Overview

Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent property group, is seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Area Director to lead operations across the Felicity J Lord brand. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in residential lettings and strategic team development.

As the Area Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth, culture, and performance of our London-based lettings teams. With a strong business awareness and a passion for people development, you will deliver results aligned with the values of excellence and integrity that define the Felicity J Lord brand.

• Complete on-target earnings of £120,000+
• £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

• You will have a clear understanding of current Lettings legislation.
• You will drive the performance, personal development and day to day management of your team.
• You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
• You will be articulate, pragmatic, analytical and solutions-focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm.
• A high performer who is KPI driven an excellent recruiter and developer of people.

Essential Skills of a Residential Lettings Area Director at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Branch Manager position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail

The Finer Details:
