About The Role

We are actively seeking an Area Development Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, successful applicants will focus on developing new business and maintaining relationships with current clients.

Location: Aberdeen

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
  • Sourcing new business essential for the company's growth.
  • Conducting site visits to evaluate requested works, confirming the company's capability to perform them, quoting works, and liaising with the operational team to deliver exceptional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Working closely with depot managers to help achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Attending on-site visits, cold calling, and regional meetings, which may require travel.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role

Exceptional sales and customer service skills are essential. We seek a dedicated, ambitious, hardworking individual who shows initiative. Ideally, applicants will have established sales experience within the multi-utility/drainage industry.
