About The Role

We are actively seeking an Area Development Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, successful applicants will be targeted on developing and maintaining new business, as well as managing and building relationships with current clients.

Location: Aberdeen

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

Within this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business essential to the company's growth.

Successful applicants will conduct site visits to evaluate requested works, confirm the company's ability to perform the work, quote for works, and liaise with the operational team to deliver exceptional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.

You will work closely with depot managers to help achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. The role requires attending on-site visits, cold calling, and traveling for regional meetings as needed.

Experience And Qualifications Required

Exceptional sales and customer service skills are essential. We seek a dedicated, ambitious, hardworking individual who shows initiative. Ideally, applicants will have sales experience within the multi-utility/drainage industry.
