Job summary

Sizewell C Limited in Leiston, Suffolk, is seeking an Area Delivery Lead for Heavy Civils/Earthworks to lead safe, on-time delivery of major packages across a large-scale infrastructure programme. You will own geographical delivery, manage interfaces, and drive performance with a strong safety culture.

Reporting to the Site Delivery Leadership Team, you will lead 10+ direct reports and oversee up to 1,000 contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to CDM, NEC/FIDIC contracts, and nuclear-grade

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Heavy Civils, Earthworks and infrastructure packages.
• Own programme delivery within your geographical area.
