Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an Area Delivery Lead for Heavy Civils and Earthworks to lead safe, on-time delivery of major packages at Leiston, Suffolk. You will oversee enabling works, heavy civils, and infrastructure, reporting to the Site Delivery Leadership Team.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams and major contractors, drive EVM-based performance, and ensure compliance with CDM and regulatory requirements in a complex nuclear-aligned project.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major infrastructure projects in regulated environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major contractors.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Principal Contractor duties.
• Experience in nuclear/energy or similar highly regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Heavy Civils, Earthworks, enabling works and infrastructure packages.
• Own programme delivery within your geographical area.
• Drive safety, quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Ensure activities meet project requirements and interfaces.
• Report progress to Site Delivery Leadership Team and manage risks.
• Promote safe working practices and continuous improvement.
