Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Night Hygiene Area Controller for our Grantham site. You will oversee the hygiene area, lead shift teams, and ensure GMP and food safety standards are met during a night pattern (Mon-Fri, 22:00-06:00).

Join a busy production environment, manage paperwork in SAP, drive safety culture, and support continuous improvement while maintaining high housekeeping and inventory accuracy. On-site parking and discount shop are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production environment is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are required.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork and system transactions.
• Flexible, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production operatives within your designated area.
• Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding line and area-related issues.

Pilgrim's Europe is one of the UK's leading food manufacturers, and we're currently looking for an Night Hygiene Area Controller to join our team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 22.00-06.00

Salary tarts from £638 per week, £33 176 per year.

Location: Gonerby Rd, Grantham NG31 8HX
