Bringing it to the role:

As an Area Coach, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will focus on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This involves managing teams, conducting audits, and engaging directly on the restaurant floor.

We seek a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of thinking beyond operational tasks. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, career progression, and exposure to broader business functions. We value ambition and a desire to advance into senior leadership, and we are committed to supporting your growth.

**As an Area Coach, you will:**

1. Manage restaurant strategy and projects, setting challenging goals for your team.
2. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your restaurants.
3. Lead quarterly business reviews focusing on profit, people, process, and product.
4. Oversee recruitment to attract talent who embody our core values: smart, heart, courage.
5. Develop your team to identify future leaders and promote retention, demonstrating that KFC is a great place to work.
