About this role:

We support independent restaurants to go online, reach more customers, and grow their business. We provide insights, advice, and support to help our community meet customer expectations and raise sector standards.

As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, increasing consumer choice, and activating takeaway restaurants to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Edinburgh - Field-based & home-based.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maximize potential of existing restaurants through strong relationships.
  • Educate partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Ensure new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and optimized for success.
  • Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants and mentor partners.
  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ownership of ambitious targets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Interest in food and restaurants.
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to make an impact.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
