ICS Cleaning Ltd. is seeking an Area Cleaning Manager for Hull, East Yorkshire. This full-time role oversees morning and evening cleaning contracts, ensures high-quality service across multiple sites, and aligns with client specifications.

You will lead Supervisors and Operatives, recruit staff, conduct inductions, perform site inspections, audits, and health & safety compliance, with a focus on proactive leadership and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning sector.
• Be proactive and forward thinking.
• Have excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Be flexible on working times and hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Be IT literate and able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives across multiple sites.
• Deliver cleaning services in line with specifications and standards.
• Recruit staff and complete required paperwork including DBS checks.
• Conduct inductions and ongoing training for staff.
• Perform site inspections, audits and manage stock/machinery checks.
• Oversee time and attendance system, and handle disciplinary/grievance hearings.
• Arrange cover for holidays and sickness; liaise with Health & Safety Manager.
• Carry out risk assessments and visit sites to liaise with customers.

# Area Cleaning ManagerHull, East Yorkshire Region, HU3 2BP Full timeApply Now## About the RoleArea Cleaning Manager – Hull Permanent – Full time starting salary £30,000 Plus, depending on experience.Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Manager to manage morning and evening cleaning contracts in The East Yorkshire Region.
