You will buy cars, arrange appointments, negotiate prices, and close deals while maintaining a high standard of customer care. The role requires a full UK driving license and a target-driven mindset, with a comprehensive bonus opportunity and progression path.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the smooth running of the branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
