The Role

  • The role of the Area Business Development Manager is to identify, act, upon and win new business to grow AM2PM`s business.
  • Sharing sales opportunities ideas, leads, and knowledge with the other Sales Consultants across various, locations, enabling AM2PM to have a joined-up approach.
  • This role demands a tenacious and dynamic character, high levels pf professionalism superb communication skills, high levels of emotional intelligent and confident working independently to achieve results. You will be working alongside national service team, who will support you with candidate availability, to ensure you have every opportunity to achieve your goals.
  • As an Area Business Development Manager, you will be given the autonomy to set your own activity, guided by the strategic aims of the business. Be innovative and present new ideas and approaches setting the sales strategy for the rest of the National Sales.


Responsibilities.

  • Generating new sales leads through telesales and face to face visits, providing a highly professional end to end sales process, relationship building, high level negotiation with multi-level decision makers, closing commercially beneficial business deals.
  • Creating sales strategies, pinpointing key prospects for business development target clients, understanding the businesses growth strategy and delivering profitable business wins.
  • Understands the full capabilities of the supporting branch network professionally liaising with the Area Manager and Branch Managers for implementation capabilities and planning for new business wins.
  • Actively tracking upcoming tenders for identified prospects, completing tenders and business PQQs and Bids.
  • Setting, achieving and reviewing sales targets monthly with the Area Manager, conducting your personal development review and appraisal targets identifying training needs to promote your personal development.
  • Ensuring that all sales information is correctly inputted onto the CRM system
