The Children and Families Social Work Admin Team in Helensburgh is seeking a well-organised and professional individual with excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Social Work Team.

Responsibilities

This role offers vital administrative support to the Children and Families Social Work Team. Key duties include managing documentation, taking minutes during Child Protection meetings, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring statutory requirements are met with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities also encompass coordinating bookings and appointments. Full training will be provided on relevant systems and procedures, including the use of purchase cards and coding transactions within the RBS system.
