Job Description:

Labcorp is a leading global drug development services company supporting the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.

We are currently hiring an Archive Coordinator for our team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

This role involves archiving samples and reports in compliance with SOPs and regulations such as GLP, GCP, or GMP. We seek someone detail-oriented and confident with computer systems.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Managing samples: labeling, receipt, transfer, tracking, inventory, archival, shipping, and disposal
  • Sample accession tasks: opening boxes, inventory/labeling, receipt/storage, pulls/returns
  • Using tracking systems to maintain sample and study integrity
  • Interpreting protocol and documentation accurately
  • Documenting and communicating discrepancies, assisting with problem-solving
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvements
  • Adhering to SOPs and safety regulations
  • Using environmental monitoring systems as needed
  • Potentially assisting with training and development
