Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Archival Data Architect with a strong background in data archiving, data management, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have experience with data archiving solutions, including data storage, data retrieval, and data preservation. The Archival Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing data archiving solutions, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical leadership to the data management team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Data Archiving*: Design and implement data archiving solutions, including data storage, data retrieval, and data preservation.

2. *Data Management*: Develop and maintain data management policies, procedures, and standards.

3. *Data Governance*: Ensure data governance, including data quality, data security, and data compliance.

4. *Technical Leadership*: Provide technical leadership to the data management team, including mentoring and coaching.

5. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams, to ensure effective delivery of data solutions.

6. *Data Preservation*: Ensure data preservation, including data migration, data backup, and data recovery.

Requirements:

1. *Experience*: 5+ years of experience in data archiving, data management, and data governance.

2. *Data Archiving Knowledge*: Strong understanding of data archiving solutions, including data storage, data retrieval, and data preservation.

3. *Data Management Knowledge*: Strong understanding of data management policies, procedures, and standards.

4. *Data Governance Knowledge*: Strong understanding of data governance, including data quality, data security, and data compliance.

5. *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.

6. *Communication*: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

1. *Certifications*: Certifications in data archiving, data management, or data governance, such as Certified Data Archivist or Certified Data Manager.

2. *Cloud Experience*: Experience with cloud-based data solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

3. *DevOps*: Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment.

4. *Agile Methodologies*: Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
