White Space Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technician or qualified Architect for an established Sheffield City Centre practice. The role offers varied work across retail, commercial and residential sectors, with hybrid working and a salary of £35,000–£45,000.

You will join a 20-strong team, bring 5 years' experience, work from concept through delivery, produce technical drawings, and collaborate with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in an architectural technologist/technician or Architect role.
• Experience working on projects at different stages of development.
• Strong AutoCAD skills (essential).
• REVIT experience (desirable).
• SketchUp and/or Enscape 3D visualisation skills.
• Experience using NBS and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Working across multiple projects simultaneously – predominantly within the retail, commercial and residential sectors.
• Supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

Having successfully placed a Senior Architect with this client they're now actively looking to recruit their next talented colleague.

Established and reputable central Sheffield based practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist/Technician ASAP. Due to a steady increase in project workload they're actively seeking a talentedArchitectural Technologist/Technician or qualified Architectwith around 5years' experienceto join their 20 or so strong team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to projects at different stages of the design and delivery process.

What you'll be doing

• Working across multiple projects simultaneously – predominantly within the retail, commercial and residential sectors
• Supporting projects from concept through to delivery

Working arrangements

Based in central Sheffield

Minimum 4 days per week in the office (due to the level)
