Architectural Technologist & Technical Architect - fully remote, outside IR35

g2 are working with an industry leader within the extra care / care home sector that are currently experiencing a large influx in work and thus, are looking for multiple contractors.

Given time constraints, they're happy to consider bringing in fully remote staff (software supplied) on an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35.

The ideal candidate:

• Expertise using Architectural Revit
• Technical expertise, with ability to produce technical details
• Mixed project background - residential, commercial, industrial all are applicable
• Ideally the relevant accreditation (CIAT or MCIAT), but not essential
