A leading architectural practice in Leeds is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Sports & Leisure team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, proficiency in Revit, and experience with medium to large-scale projects. Qualifications

  • Qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT membership preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience in the Sports & Leisure sector is highly desirable.

  • Deliver and coordinate construction packages for Sports & Leisure projects.

Architectural Technologist (Sports & Leisure Team)

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35-42,000 DOE

Join a respected, design-led architectural practice with a strong reputation in the Sports & Leisure sector. Based in Leeds, this dynamic firm delivers high-impact projects across the UK, combining creative design with technical precision. They are now seeking an Architectural Technologist with at least several years post qualification UK based industry experience to support their expanding Sports & Leisure team.

Daily Duties

* Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications

* Deliver and coordinate construction packages for Sports & Leisure projects

* Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients throughout all RIBA stages

* Work within Revit/BIM environments to produce high-quality technical documentation

* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and relevant standards

* Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections as required

* Contribute to project problem-solving and technical decision-making

* Assist in developing innovative and practical solutions during design and delivery

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT membership preferred)

* Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering medium to large-scale projects

* Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows

* Experience in the Sports & Leisure sector is highly desirable

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
