Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ UK-based experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge across RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3–5.
  • Experience working on data centres and large-scale commercial projects.

Are you a highly skilled Technologist with a passion for precision and performance-driven design? We are seeking an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist to play a key role in the delivery of large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects, including cutting-edge data centres.

About the Role This is a hands-on technical delivery role for someone who thrives in complex environments. You'll lead or support project packages across all RIBA stages—particularly focusing on technical design, coordination, detailing, and BIM integration. Working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors, you’ll ensure every detail is resolved to the highest standards.

Key Requirements

CIAT qualified or working towards chartership (preferred)

Minimum 3+ years’ UK-based experience in a similar role

Excellent Revit skills (essential)

Strong technical knowledge across RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3–5

Experience working on data centres, large-scale commercial, or infrastructure projects

Confident in technical coordination, detailing, and consultant liaison
