Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Doncaster is recruiting an experienced Architectural Technologist for a small, family-owned SME practice in Doncaster. You will work across Commercial and Residential sectors, handling projects from concept through to delivery and liaising with clients on-site.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and a supportive environment within a five-person office.

Qualifications

Degree or HNC in Architectural Technology from an approved program.
Minimum 5 years industry experience.
Strong technical drawing and detailing abilities.
Good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and Planning requirements.
Proven job-running and project delivery experience.
Previous experience working within Commercial or Residential sectors.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team and taking a hands-on role.
Based within commuting distance of Doncaster.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for managing projects from initial design through to delivery.
Liaise with clients and provide site involvement.
Work across projects in Commercial and Residential sectors.
