Job summary

Une pratique dynamique recherche un Architectural Technologist expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe à Royal Leamington Spa. Le poste consiste à soutenir des projets de bâtiments historiques avec un accent sur le design technique et la collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe. Job description

We are a busy practice seeking an experienced, motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist.

Ideally the successful candidate will be based in our Leamington Spa office, however we will consider a hybrid working arrangement for the right applicant based in London or Birmingham. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a design team, ideally in the field of historic buildings and estates. In addition, the applicant will provide support within IT and project administration. The right candidate will enjoy being part of a team on high profile, complex projects on sensitive sites, working alongside existing experienced and dedicated staff in a friendly and award-winning practice.

Required skills and experience:

• Be able to demonstrate sound design and technical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Be IT proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience of WordPress would also be useful.
• Excellent communication, team working and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA stages post contract.
