Job Description

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice based in central London is seeking a skilled Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. Renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable architecture across sectors including residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments, the practice offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of UK-based projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects, taking responsibility from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. They will collaborate closely with design teams and external consultants, producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating information to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical design across all project stages
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams
  • Produce detailed working drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee site operations and support construction phase delivery

Candidate Requirements:

  • ARB or CIAT registration
  • A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK construction methods
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience working in BIM environments
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced studio
  • The right to live and work in the UK
