Job summary

Cardiff-based Architectural Technologist role requiring strong technical delivery and project-running experience. You will lead design coordination, produce Revit and AutoCAD drawings, and manage communications with clients and consultants from early stages through to completion.

The position is full-time and office-based in Cardiff, with the opportunity to work on varied retail, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Based in South Wales due to project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience running multiple projects and coordinating technical output.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.

Responsibilities
